Which color nail polish should I wear on the first day of school?

I'm starting 11th grade soon and I need some suggestions. I've been debating on a light metallic blue, white, red or light pink. If you have any other suggestions I'm open to that too.





Also: I wear a uniform at my school. It's navy blue with red stitching and gray dress pants (it sucks, I know).Which color nail polish should I wear on the first day of school?
I'd go for a light pink.

I like the white or maybe a navy blue to compliment the uniform. I wore black the first day, but it was a really shiny black with sparkles. Flat black looks really bad with most outfits.

Paint your outer tips white! Or you could still do that and add a pink for the rest of your nails.

I say go with the metallic blue and them do red diagonal stripes on each nail. It will look really cute :)

Well... anything matched with black and chrome. Probaly a teal, or dark red. Those are the colors I like to paint them either way. I think I'll lean more towards dark red.
None on my fingers. My toes are usually a very bright color. Such as reds, corals, pinks. I would keep it the same even if you were restraining me.
Red. Always red. But, I prefer blue/reds, not orange/reds. Even though I am now wearing an orange/red. It looks hot with my tan.

I've been seeing a lot of dark colors like a deep purple red as long as it goes with your skin tone... not all fads look good on everyone... no it is not because winter is the time to grow your nails for the summer. maybe a good cleaning to your nails and maybe polish them clear they will grow and be healthy . trust me i tried it . it works. i don`t have to wear fake finger nails.

My eyes are normally green, but some times they are brown or hazel depending on what i am wear. I want to bring out the green and brighten them. So what colors will do that? Don't suggest brown cause it makes they brown.What color of nail polish will bright or bring out my eyes?
I am not sure why you want your nail polish to bring out your eyes because they are not that close together, therefore it probably would not be noticeable. Eye shadow would be a better way to bring ou tthe green.

It's a three day event and I will be wearing outfits that are brown and white, red and black, and blue and brown throughout the festivities. I usually don't get manicures very often. What color polish would look good with these outfits. I am thinking very light pink, almost skin color. Red, or rose....on both fingernails and toes....wear shoes that display your toenails. Makes you look more dressed up.

i don't know why you don't like the french manicure but i think the american manicures look really elegant and classy......more natural then the french
Try silver on your hands and toes or you could be like me and do alternating colors on your toes for fun!
get gold nails and then ask if if they can put a white grassy design on them. that's what i wore to my graduation with my brown dress and it looked gorgeous!

If you don't like it, then I guess black would be the second best choice because it's neutral and goes with all colors, just like white.
