What is a good nail color for the first day of school?

Um try a light pink. Opaque but not too dark. It's classic.


But as you have darker skin I think you could get away with a darker colour such as purple which is apparently in fashion this year.

Great question sweetie...what i would suggest for you is having a french manicure done, you can either do it yourself or go to a salon...but instead of having the clear/white polish over it, I would go with a nice soft peach color, or a peachy pink...it won't clash with anything you wear and will look very sophisticated for you...if you decide to do them yourself a good brand to try is ';Kiss'; and you can also find the whole kit which will last you a good while...Good Luck! =)

y dont u just go to the shop and get an overlay and wear a baby doll pink? that way u look natural, neat and sweet all at the same time. i just got it done and i love it and it goes wit everything! orly and opi have the best selection n colors!

If you want be still in the summer mode wear bright colors like pink or coral or redif you kinda want to down grade go with fall colors like bronze, light pink or dark reds.
