For brands I really like NYC because it's only like 99 cents per bottle. and it doesn't chip too easily either. I don't know of the best color, it doesn't really matter. Blues and browns and whites are nice. Also try french manicures but they are hard to do yourself.What is the best and brightest finger nail polish color/brand?

Look in Hot-Topic. They have the neon electric colors. I have neon green and blue from there its fairly good. Plus the bottle looks cool it looks like a bottle of neon poison!
