When you have nice dark skin and dark hair....your natural nails can be the most attractive. Just using a good polishing compound on your nails to make them shine would look fine.If you have to use polish....make it a lite color....coral.

But Tan and Brown/burnette is hottt w/ classic red nails
lately black has been very popular, and you cant go wrong with red!
pink, lime green, yellow, orange. those are all good colors to wear with your skin tone and hair color
hsi may sound boring but with your combination i would say nude color, it looks really gorgeous. :)
