I would probably suggest either a light to pale pink, or a pearl white. I am very partial to colors with pearl essence, so if you choose pink, I would suggest a pearl pink, but my first choice would be the pearl white, cause it sounds like it would probably match your entire ensemble the best.What color nail polish goes with a navy blue dress?

Depends if you want your nails to realy stand out maybe orange. Or if you want to look really pretty I guess a french manicure if you have long nails.
