It depends. Do you wear bold colors? Or do you dress with clothes with patterns or words on them? If you dress boldly, I would contast the dress with orange, or something dark, like a purple. If you dress with pattern-ie clothes I would wear yellow or orange nail polish with a white stripe going down the middle.

Pastel or regular pink (depends if its a soft yellow or bright bright yellow), french white, bright orange (depends on the shade of bright yellow), or pastel blue (depends also).
Pedicure options
Regular pink or bright red (short toenails with it is totally classy).

Hot Pink, Pale Shimmery Pink, French Tips, or Red would look nice. Anything else would look kind of tacky. The yellow is bright enough.
i would pair your dress with a pretty pink that isnt too bright o too light either..it wood match nicely..and it wood turn attentioin towards your dress and not too much on your accessories..=]
I agree with the other person who answered. I think black would balance out the brightness of the yellow and would look great!
