What nail color with a black dress for a fomal affair??

Hi, I am attending a formal this weekend and am wearing a black, strapless satin dress with open toe shoes. Do you think I should go wiith french, red, pale pine or clear??

for your hands I would do french manicure as first choice. And with the french manicure, you could do a slightly pearlescent polish instead of plain pink/buff color to make it more festive. Or possibly a wine/red color second.





For your toenails, definately wine/red for pop of color.

I think red would be nice, black dresses go well with red nail polish. Or you could go all matchy and wear black nail polish also. Have fun with your color choices, pink would even go good ^^ (A soft pink not something too loud like fuchsia)
