i dont think you should paint them the same colour because then there will be an overpowering of blue when ur dress is already blue, i think you should either paint them the same colour as ur acessories or do a french manicure, a french manicure looks expensive and if you get it professionally done you can gaurantee it will last longer than a normal plain colour or if u do it urself.

i would go gold acessories if you havent already picked them with a giltery gold nail polish or a french manicure
I think that french tips (clear or light pink nails with a white tip) look really classy with almost everything, and it's a way to stay away from being so matchy with your outfit. And you can have them done with acrylic nails, or just have it done on your natural nails. I would definitely steer clear of red nails if your dress is blue, though.
I think blue nail varnish sometimes looks too bleurgghhh... I would go for a classic french manicure look to complement the elegant look of your dress.

Matching nail varnish with the colour of your outfit can look tacky and as if you trying too hard!

x
something lighter than the dress

maybe get a french manicure

well if ur shoes are a different colour to your dress, paint them that colour. otherwise, do a french manicure look.
White. They bring a lot of attention and are different. Just make sure your nails are super long or else you'll risk looking tacky.
French manicure or a deep burgandy
grey would be hot , like a charcoal color
clear
